Goedendag, Ik ben deeltijd PhD-student aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, bij de faculteit filosofie. Ik heb een dubbele nationaliteit, Duits en Zuid-Afrikaans, en woon al ongeveer twee jaar in Gouda (Zuid-Holland). Daarvoor heb ik in Brussel (ongeveer 7 jaar) en in Berlijn (ongeveer 1,5 jaar) gestudeerd en gewerkt. Gouda bevalt me goed, het was perfect om mijn proefschrift te schrijven, maar de verhuurder verkoopt het huis en ik moet dus vóór augustus van dit jaar verhuizen. I like to have meaningful conversations, and enjoy the occasional social event. Overall, however, I prefer a quieter peaceful environment. Currently I’m working on ‘The End of History’ hypothesis, and the ‘Dialectic of Enlightenment’. Would be happy to send a link to a book I published. Please feel free to ask any questions. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Rian, ik ben 34 jaar en momenteel op zoek naar een fijne nieuwe woonplek in Utrecht. Ik heb momenteel een tijdelijk huurcontract, waardoor ik vanaf april 2026 een nieuwe plek nodig heb. Mijn maximale huurprijs is €1100 inclusief. Ik ben een sociaal en creatief persoon en ik ben bezig met een omscholing naar de gehandicaptenzorg. Daar ga ik een BBL opleiding volgen. Ik kom uit de designwereld en wil zorg en creativiteit graag combineren. Als huurster ben ik betrouwbaar en ik behandel elke woonruimte met zorg en aandacht. Ik hou van huizen inrichten en meubels opknappen. Een plek die nog wat liefde nodig heeft vind ik heel leuk! Wat ik belangrijk vind aan samenwonen in één huis is respect hebben voor elkaar en het vooral fijn hebben samen. Een huis waar alles vanzelf en organisch verloopt, zonder dat er iets verplicht voelt. Ik ben heel opgeruimd en netjes (zeker in gemeenschappelijke ruimtes) en ik hou van afwassen! Ik zing in een koor, ik sport een aantal keer in de week en ik ben trotse tante van 5 kinders. Hé, ik ben Maurits de Wit, 19 jaar, en kom uit Voorburg. Ik zit nu in mijn eerste jaar Civiel en naast mijn studie ben ik vaak te vinden op het hockeyveld of in de gym. Verder pak ik als het kan graag een feestje of avondje uit mee. Ook kijk/luister ik zoveel mogelijk nieuwe films/muziek. Dus als je nog aanraders hebt hoor ik het graag!
