Hi! My name is Aisha. I will be relocating to Rotterdam from Dubai under the HSM visa category. I am originally from Pakistan and currently work in audit. I already have a signed employment contract, and my office is located in the Prins Alexander area. A little about me: I’m a working professional relocating to Rotterdam for a long-term role in audit with an international firm. I’m quiet, respectful, and value a clean and well-maintained living space. I spend most of my time working and prefer a calm home environment. I don’t smoke, I’m very responsible with rent and house rules, and I’m looking for a comfortable place where I can settle in. I will be arriving in Rotterdam on 12 January and I am very interested in the studio. Mijn naam is Vera van Kessel, 28 jaar, en momenteel woon ik in een studio in Bottendaal (Nijmegen). Ik ben bijna 5 jaar werkzaam als docent op de Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, waar ik een vast dienstverband heb. Ik verzorg hier voornamelijk sociologie en communicatielessen aan studenten. Ik heb een maandelijks bruto-inkomen van €3424,33 (excl. vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering). Dit zorgt voor een stabiel inkomen. Gezien ik mijn studio per april moet verlaten ben ik op zoek naar een nieuwe woning. Ik ben op zoek naar een zelfstandige woning rondom het centrum van Nijmegen. De woning die wordt aangeboden spreekt mij dan ook erg aan. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik mij graag bezig met koken, lezen, yoga, wandelen en dansen.  Ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een vrolijk maar rustig persoon. Ik rook niet en heb ook geen huisdier. Ik ben volgens eerdere verhuurders een prettige huurder. Ik betaal netjes op tijd de huur, ben makkelijk in de communicatie en ga zorgvuldig om met de woning en het onderhouden ervan. Ik ben van plan om voor langere tijd te huren. Ik hoor graag of er een mogelijkheid is om de woning te bezichtigen en wanneer dit eventueel zou kunnen plaatsvinden.
