Minimaal zou ik graag een woonruimte met een eigen badkamer willen hebben. • Huurtoeslag: Bij voorkeur voldoet de woonruimte aan de voorwaarden om huurtoeslag aan te kunnen vragen. The best tenant you will ever have! Don't believe me? Give me a chance to prove you wrong...I am clean, organized, I don't smoke and honestly I'm just looking for a nice place to live. I have lived in spaces that weren't mine before and I treat them better than if they were my own. I like to have a communicative and honest relationship with the landlord/person in charge and I only ask for the basic and wifi. An apartment or studio works just fine as long as it can fit 2. We will both be working besides having already some savings as a safety. Hi there! Ik ben op zoek naar een leuke studentenkamer waar er onderling een goede click is en waar er ruimte is om jezelf te zijn.
