Daarnaast speel ik regelmatig optredens door heel Nederland, die vaak laat eindigen wanneer er geen OV meer rijdt. Een kamer in de Randstad zou mij daarom veel reistijd besparen en het een stuk makkelijker maken om mijn studie, werk en muziek te combineren. I would be the sole occupant. I do not smoke, I have no pets, and I am quiet and tidy. I have rented my current flat in Jena since 2020 and can provide a reference from my landlord. I intend to register at the address (BRP) and to stay long term. Income: my ESA salary is about 3.329 euro net per month. ESA salaries are exempt from Dutch income tax and social security, which is why the net figure is high for the grade. My contract runs 12 months and is extendable to 24, which I intend to take. If a landlord would like more security, my father can act as guarantor: permanent contract, about 4.822 euro net per month. I can supply my ESA appointment letter, an official salary statement, bank statements and passport immediately.
