Hi there! Welcome to my profile! Here’s a little bit about me: I’m a bachelor student at Radboud university, studying Molecular Life sciences. I come from Latvia, which is a very green and less populated country in Europe near the Baltic sea. I am also currently in the process of learning Dutch and can already understand it a bit My hobbies include doing various crafts and art projects, like painting, crocheting or making board games. I also like exercising and various sports, every week I go to RSC for an Aikido lesson (which is a harmonious and harmless martial arts). I also enjoy watching movies and last year I saw more then one hundred movies from a list titles '500 movies everyone should see'. Beste verhuurder, Wij zijn Anouk (26) en Thijs (23) en zijn studenten, maar werken daarnaast ook in de horeca. Anouk studeert Psychologie en werkt als barvrouw in speciaalbierkroeg Café van Ouds. Thijs studeert Bestuurskunde en werkt als barman bij Café TweeKeerBellen. We hebben elkaar leren kennen achter de bar bij Café van Ouds, waar Thijs eerst ook werkte. We vinden het allebei leuk om te reizen en nieuwe plekjes en dingen te ontdekken. Maar kunnen er allebei ook van genieten om lekker samen op de bank met een serie te liggen. Wij wonen allebei al een langere tijd in het mooie Nijmegen en willen nu de stap maken om samen te wonen. We hebben een gezamenlijk arbeidsinkomen rond de €1500 per maand, met een totaal inkomen rond de €3500 per maand. Ook hebben we garantstellers, mocht dit mogelijk/nodig zijn.

Vanwege het uit elkaar gaan na relatie na 14 jaar op zoek naar (tijdelijke) woonruimte. Dit mag zowel gestoffeerd als gemeubileerd zijn. Het liefst in de regio IJsselstein, Nieuwegein, Utrecht, met uitwijk naar max 20 km hier vanaf. Ik heb een zoontje van 2 jaar en een hondje, zij is bijna 5. Zij ligt rustig op de bank te wachten als ik van huis ben. beide zullen niet de gehele tijd bij mij verblijven maar met een regeling, om de week of andere afspraak. Ik werk parttime (36uur per week), elke maandag ben ik vrij en ik werk als IT Support in Utrecht. Ik verdien een bruto maand salaris van €2783,-. Ik ben een hele rustige huurder, ik ga niet uit, ik drink en ik rook niet. Ik hou van films kijken, muziek luisteren. Buitenshuis wandel ik graag of ga ik naar de speeltuin met mijn zoontje. Ik werk dagelijks en na mijn werk blijf ik meestal thuis of ben ik sociaal actief. Ik zorg goed voor mezelf door te sporten, fietstochten te maken en te genieten van wandelingen. Ik ben een rustig en prettig persoon in de omgang, handig en verantwoordelijk. Daarnaast beschik ik over een goede aanbevelingsbrief van de verhuurder bij wie ik al 6 jaar woon in de stad Uden.

Appartement ligt op derde verdieping (geen lift) Allee kamers hebben een balkon, de zoontje schijnt de hele dag door thuis, Aan centraal gelegen, uniek, rustige, gezellig ruim, veel groen.
