My daughter and her boyfriend, Dániel Andor Novaki, who has also been admitted to the Bachelor’s programme at the same university, are looking for a long-term home in Groningen, or as a last resort, in the closer surrounding areas (Haren, Zuidhorn, Bedum, Winsum, Hoogezand, Sauwerd), where they can live together during their studies. They live in Hungary; they graduated this year and prefer to continue their studies in the Netherlands. They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. Should it become necessary, we guarantee the timely payment of: • the monthly rent; • the security deposit; • utility charges, where applicable; and • any other contractual financial obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. I am Jayana, and I will be starting my Research Master in Art History at Utrecht University this September. Now, my next step is to find a new room to call home in or around Utrecht! I hold dual nationality, Swiss and Portuguese, which makes me an EU citizen. I also wanted to mention that I speak English, French, and a bit of German. A little about me: I just finished my Bachelor's degree at the University of Groningen, where I lived for 3 years in a shared flat with 5 other international girls, and I genuinely loved it. I found a family abroad and would love to do that again. I know exactly how to share a flat: I'm tidy, clean, and respectful of everyone's space, while also being sociable and open to building real friendships with my future roommates, not just living under the same roof. I love a night out, but I'm just as happy spending an evening at home playing board games. I'm also quite active; hiking, swimming, biking, or trying out any new sport are things I really enjoy, so I'd be a great sports buddy too!
