Moreover, having already lived independently in rented apartments for over 4 years, I am fully accustomed to managing a household and keeping a property in perfect condition. I can gladly provide a reference letter from my previous landlord upon request. To guarantee financial reliability, my parents will act as guarantors and will cover the rent and utilities directly.
