I am currently living in a DUWO student housing, which I have to move out of (due to a one-year contract) in August. Hence, I would like to move into a new accommodation this summer and would gladly sign a contract for July (and rent it for at least a year). If there is a possibility to renew the contract after one year; this would be ideal for me since it corresponds with the end of my Bachelor’s degree in two years. I am a responsible female student who values cleanliness and communication - with roommates and landlord. I don’t party, drink, or smoke, and just focus on my studies. In my free time, I like to read, watch movies, or go to the gym. 😊
