I'm someone who gets a lot of energy from being around people, whether that's at uni, a rugby training session, a night out, or just chatting over dinner. At the same time, I'm just as happy disappearing into nature for a walk, reading a good book, meditating for a bit, or taking my old camcorder out to film whatever catches my eye. I've also recently gotten into dancing, so don't be surprised if I'm the first one convincing people to join me on the dance floor. I've lived in France, the US, Scotland, and the UAE, which has given me the chance to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds. I think that's made it pretty easy for me to connect with others and feel at home in new places. At home, I like keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. I'm always happy to hang out or cook together, but I also appreciate everyone's own space just as I appreciate mine. I naturally clean up after myself and believe the state of your house reflects your state of mind.

Ik ben een afgestudeerd econometrist, 39, single zonder huisdieren. Vegetariër en niet-roker. De afgelopen jaren heb ik gewerkt als maaltijdbezorger, omdat ik flexibele uren belangrijk vond, maar nu zoek ik toch iets in mijn eigen vakgebied. Hoewel ik over voldoende middelen beschik, wil ik deze reserveren voor de koop van een huis in de toekomst. Vandaar dat ik een kamer huur en geen studio of appartement. Mijn hospita wil echter het gehele huis (waar ik nu een kamer huur) in één keer gaan verhuren. Dat betekent dat ik snel een andere kamer moet vinden. Kunnen inschrijven bij de gemeente is voor mij wel een vereiste.

Per 13 juli zal ik starten bij Wefilm/Weagency als Junior Production manager daardoor zal ik in Amsterdam blijven werken en zoek ik een nieuwe plek waar ik langere tijd kan blijven wonen! Als persoon ben ik sociaal en positief ingesteld. Ik vind het leuk om samen te koken, een drankje te doen of iets met vrienden te ondernemen, maar ik kan ook zeker genieten van een rustige avond thuis met een film en een pizza op de bank. Daarnaast ben ik netjes, ga ik respectvol om met andermans spullen en houd ik van een gezellige maar ontspannen sfeer in huis.
