I am calm and sociable, I enjoy organising movie nights with my smart beamer (built in netflix, spotify etc), cooking, walking in nature, going to the gym and I am into sustainability, self development, technological innovations and world affairs. So we could cook together and hang out from time to time if you'd like, but it's important for me to have alone time as well. I have graduated from the university of Amsterdam and decided to stay here (been living in Ams for 7,5 years), so I have my own life here. Bonus if you have a pet as I am a huge pet lover. Hey everyone :)) Im Ruben, a student from Münster, looking for a fun flatshare in Enschede. Right now I´m living in Münster in a flatshare with two flatmates that got really great frinds of mine. But because of my Study Programm: Public Governance across Borders (Management, Society and Technology at the UT) I´m gonna move to Enschede. The study programm includes studying one year in Enschede at the UT which im very happy about. I love to cook and bake. Especially cooking for other people cause sharing is caring, I guess :) !! Apart from that I´m almost always doing something with my friends or finding out about other interests of mine. I love listening to music and sometimes play some guitar. So I love to do anything creative but sport is also as important for me if its going on a run or just a some hiking im almost down for anything. I would like to live in a flatshare because I already did the past year and I figured that I really like being around other people at home, especially when they form a friendship like relationship or even better a friendship. It's really important for me that everyone feels comfortable around the others and cleans after themselves, but no cleaning geek. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (22 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen.Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik per september of eerder een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei

Hoi! Ik ben Leonie, 29 (of bijna 30 ;) jaar oud, en kom oorspronkelijk uit Duitsland. Maar ik woon nu al bijna twee jaar in Utrecht en heb hier helemaal mijn plek gevonden die ik zo snel niet meer wil verlaten. Ik heb een opleiding gevolgd aan de HKU, maar besloot na een paar semesters om het creatieve pad op mijn eigen manier te volgen. Ik heb het studentenleven dus weer ingeruild voor de werkende wereld - that’s more my cup of tea ;) Voordat ik naar Utrecht kwam, heb ik een professionele opleiding tot foodfotograaf afgerond en ik werk nu als foto-assistent voor twee Amsterdamse foodfotografen. Daarnaast volg ik mijn passie voor lekker eten en koffies tijdens mijn vaste baan in de keuken van de “30ml” op de Nachtegaalstraat en geef ik online tekenles. In mijn vrije tijd veel creatief bezig. Je vind me waarschijnlijk vaak met mijn schetsboek of iPad en een pen in mijn hand, vergezeld van een heet kopje koffie of thee ...óf ik waag me aan iets heel nieuws, zoals knuffeltjes haken of dingen maken met glaskralen (allebei nog niet heel succesvol, but practice makes perfect ;) Bovendien hou ik ervan de dag met wat beweging en sporten te beginnen en om lekker te wandelen. Binnenkort wil ik ook beginnen met kickboksen. Verder kun je me wel een beetje een foodie noemen - vooral van het bakken word ik helemaal blij! Je kunt me altijd enthousiast krijgen om samen te koken, of gewoon tussendoor bij te kletsen met een koffietje of glasje wijn. Het lijkt me erg leuk om tijd met elkaar door te brengen - ik hou zeker van gezelligheid en het idee dat je samen een fijne sfeer in het huis creëert. Maar ik vind het ook belangrijk dat iedereen genoeg ruimte voor zichzelf heeft, rust vindt, en ruimte krijgt voor alle grote en kleine uitdagingen van het eigen leven. Dus: een goede balans ;) En natuurlijk dat we het huis een beetje netjes houden ;)

I go boxing at UT’s student association and join activities from the Hardboard association. To relax, I enjoy crocheting and doing arts & crafts, either alone or with friends.
