Ik heb een baan als crediteur in Den Haag. 1-2 maanden borg is geen probleem. Ik zoek een studio of klein appartement voor mijn 2 jarige dochter en ik, 40m2 is in principe genoeg maar ben blij met elke extra m2. Ik heb ook 2 volwassen rustige poezen, deze richten geen schade aan. Ik wil niet meer betalen dan 1100 excl of 1300 incl, het liefst iets waar ik ook huurtoeslag aan kan vragen. Minimaal voor een jaar maar in principe verwacht ik langer te blijven aangezien ik toch geen hypotheek kan krijgen de eerste paar jaar. Ik ben verder vrij introvert, maak geen lawaai, ben schoon en ik houd niet van te veel rommel, daardoor houdt ik meubilair altijd minimaal. Ik rook en drink niet. Both at work and while playing tennis I’m often surrounded by Dutch people, so I’ve been trying to learn Dutch step by step and Duolingo is also reminding me everyday🤪. For me, a good balance in a shared apartment is really important: having time and space for yourself, but also enjoying spontaneous chats in the kitchen, movie nights, cooking together or just having a funny evening together. Cleanliness is also something that’s important to me. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and making sure everyone feels comfortable in the house. I’m flexible with the move-in date and would also happily move in immediately.
