The best tenant you will ever have! Don't believe me? Give me a chance to prove you wrong...I am clean, organized, I don't smoke and honestly I'm just looking for a nice place to live. I have lived in spaces that weren't mine before and I treat them better than if they were my own. I like to have a communicative and honest relationship with the landlord/person in charge and I only ask for the basic and wifi. An apartment or studio works just fine as long as it can fit 2.
