I am especially interested in a quiet and peaceful area, possibly even a more rural location. My priority is not to be closer to Amsterdam, but rather to find a calm and comfortable place around Amstelveen and the surrounding towns. I work remotely in the IT field, so I spend a lot of time working quietly from home. I am responsible, tidy and respectful of other people’s space. As a housemate I'm tidy, self-sufficient and easy to live alongside. I cook properly, clean up after myself, and I'm not someone who fills the house with people. I like coming home to a calm place at the end of the day. I'm not a student, which in practice means a steady income, a predictable weekday routine, and no plans to move out at the end of a semester.
