Momenteel woon ik in Utrecht, maar helaas moet ik binnenkort na 5 jaar mijn studio uit. Dus het lijkt me erg fijn om in Utrecht te kunnen blijven wonen. Ik zit bij een leesclub en toneelgroep. Heyy! Ik ben Noor, 20 jaar, en woon nu nog met mijn ouders en broertje in Amsterdam. De laatste tijd merk ik dat ik echt zin heb om een plekje voor mezelf te hebben :) Ik zit in het derde jaar van mijn bachelor Psychologie aan de UvA en werk in een heel leuk café in het Erasmuspark (het heet Terrasmus 😉). Daarnaast zit ik bij studentenroeivereniging Skøll, al ben ik er vooral voor de gezelligheid en de borrels, niet zozeer het roeien 😅. Via Skøll heb ik een fantastische groep meiden leren kennen met wie ik elke dinsdag samen eet en tot in de late uurtjes klets. Het lijkt me leuk om in een huis te wonen waar af en toe samen dingen worden gedaan, zoals etentjes, feestjes of festivals. Maar gewoon samen op de bank hangen en een slechte serie kijken vind ik ook heerlijk (een aanrader is below deck!) Verder ben ik over het algemeen best rustig, alleen ook een tikje chaotisch. Hello, I'm Emilio. I’m 22 years old and will be 23 in May 2026. I was born and raised in Napa, California but have lived in Denver, Colorado for the past 2 years. I have three citizenships, American, Italian and Canadian. I speak English and some Italian, but no Dutch (yet!). I plan on settling into my new home in Amsterdam in June 2026, and will work part-time after getting settled in. I’m willing to rent sooner for the right home to avoid housing chaos. I do have savings and allocate my financial resources responsibly. I enjoy playing video games such as Cities: Skylines, and going to many EDM shows. I’m social but not a big partier. I love travelling and have visited my family in Italy since I was 6 months old. I’m very passionate about non-car centric city planning, which is why I’m going to Amsterdam to study it since I believe they have the best cities in the world. I hope to take that knowledge of the Netherlands and bring it back to the USA to help improve our car-centric cities here.
