Hello, I'm Leonie, an exchange student from the University of Sheffield, UK. I'm currently completing my Masters' Architecture degree and I am starting the second semester at TUDelft. I am very passionate about my degree as well as my new love for Korfball, after starting to play on the university team. I'm eager to carry on playing once I arrive in the Netherlands! In my spare time, I love to go dancing with friends, seeing live music and cooking good food! I'm a very social person and love spending time outside in nature, walking and biking. I also love to travel, having recently spent time in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Indonesia. I have also travelled around Europe in the past and the Netherlands is one of my favourite places! I'm currently looking for a room in or around Delft, ideally furnished but I'll figure it out if not, from February to June.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2250€ monthly and 26K€ annually, have >10K€ in savings, and I am very mindful of my finances. Even though I work with an agency, my position is firm and I am at the phase B of the contract which adds additional financial security. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary, minimal way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord and community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 32 years old. My country of origin is Lithuania, EU. No pets. I am single. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that, briefly speaking, I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully private space has been a goal of mine for a long time and it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions.

I just moved here from the US to start a new position as a researcher at the University of Amsterdam Institute for Astronomy. I spend a lot of time working, but I also enjoy coffee, cross-stitching, birdwatching, baking, sci-fi, and going out with friends. As a renter/housemate I'm very conscientious and try very hard to keep the place clean and tidy, and to avoid intruding on others. Ik spreek weinig Nederlands, maar ik ben graag aan het leren :)

Hi, I moved from France in 2017 to study a master at the conservatory of The Hague, and ended up staying for work and the simplicity of life here (compared to Paris). I'm living and working in the Netherlands as a route-setter in bouldering gyms, and musician the rest of the time - which is not often these days. I love to climb and go outdoors, tendancy to be shy so I compensated by cooking for others. That's how I show my appreciation.. Love to listen to music and read as well, so I'm always down to talk and share playlists or books.
