I am a 22-year-old Master's student from Spain moving to Rotterdam. I am looking for a quiet, clean, and fully independent studio apartment, ideally starting around late August or September 1st. As a tenant, I am very responsible, tidy, and organized. I do not smoke, I don't have pets, and I prefer a calm environment where I can focus on my studies. Financially stable and ready to provide guarantees if needed.
