I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others.
