I just finished my MSc in International Financial Management at the University of Groningen, and I'm now in the transition from studies into my first proper job in finance and analytics. I'm giving up my room in Groningen at the end of April and looking for a place for up to six months while I settle into work. I can move in as soon as possible and I'm flexible on the exact start date. On the practical side: rent is fully covered. My parents are supporting me through this transition period, and I'm happy to provide proof of funds or a guarantor if that's useful. I may also pick up a small side job in the meantime for a bit more independence. As a housemate I'm tidy, I like having a routine, and I'm easy to live with. I don't smoke and I don't have any pets. My days will mostly be looking for work, going to the gym, and quiet evenings at home. Beste, Ik ben Tom, 22 jaar, en na ruim vijf jaar in Nijmegen ben ik op zoek naar een nieuwe woonplek die wat meer rust en stabiliteit biedt. Mijn huidige anti-kraakwoning bleek toch minder ideaal dan gehoopt, dus ik ben toe aan een plek die echt als thuis voelt. Ik studeer Bestuurskunde aan de Radboud Universiteit en werk daarnaast als recruiter. In het dagelijks leven combineer ik mijn studie en werk met een actief sociaal leven. Ik ben graag met vrienden, ga af en toe de stad in, sport regelmatig en vind het ook fijn om thuis tot rust te komen.
