Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een fijne kamer in Leiden of omgeving, liefst op een plek vanwaar ik Leiden goed met fiets of OV kan bereiken. Ik ben sociaal en gezellig, maar zeker niet iemand die continu op de voorgrond hoeft te staan. Ik vind het leuk om samen te eten, een drankje te doen of gezellig bij te praten, maar kan me ook prima terugtrekken om te studeren of een boek te lezen. In mijn vrije tijd hockey ik graag, spreek ik af met vriendinnen en kijk ik ernaar uit om Leiden en het studentenleven te ontdekken. Ik ben netjes, verantwoordelijk en ga zorgvuldig met mijn kamer en gezamenlijke ruimtes om. Thuis ben ik gewend om mijn eigen spullen op te ruimen en mee te helpen, dus ik zoek vooral een huis waar iedereen zich prettig voelt en rekening met elkaar houdt. Mijn ouders staan volledig achter mijn studie en kunnen garant staan voor de huur. Een passende borg of andere zekerheid is daarom geen probleem. Hoi hoi! Ik ben Moritz, 24 jaar, een architect uit Duitsland, en ik verhuis dit komende semester naar Delft om te starten met mijn Master aan de TU Delft. Na een tijdje fulltime te hebben gewerkt (en een jaar in Kopenhagen te hebben gewoond), heb ik enorm veel zin om het studentenleven weer op te pakken. Design en architectuur spelen natuurlijk een grote rol in mijn leven, maar als ik niet aan het schetsen ben, maak ik meestal muziek (met koptelefoon, dus niemand zal er last van hebben :) ), ben ik aan het schilderen of doe ik aan sport. Ik ben op dit moment ook Nederlands aan het leren. Als huisgenoot ben ik relaxed, netjes en makkelijk in de omgang.
