Hallo! Ik ben Tijmen, 23 jaar en momenteel bijna klaar met mijn studie aan de University of Twente in Enschede. Ik heb hier 6 jaar met veel plezier gewoond in een studentenhuis met 7 medebewoners. Samenwonen met anderen heb ik dus ruim ervaring mee. Vanaf september ga ik beginnen met een nieuwe deeltijd studie aan de HAN en ben daarom op zoek naar een kamer in Arnhem of Nijmegen. Ik ben in mijn vrije tijd bezig met muziek, speel gitaar en speel in 2 bands. Ik hardloop regelmatig en schaats in de winter. Verder ben ik leiding bij de scouting. Ik kijk er erg naar uit om op mijn nieuwe woonplek dingen te ondernemen, zoals op zoek te gaan naar een leuke sport of muziek vereniging en vooral om ook nieuwe dingen uit te proberen. Naast mijn deeltijdstudie ga ik ook deeltijd werken. Ik heb niet veel eisen aan de kamer. Bij voorkeur zoek ik een plek met eigen keuken en/of eigen badkamer, maar ik sta open voor alles. Bij voorkeur zou ik ook vanaf juli 2026 al in de kamer gaan.

Ik ben Dennis, 20 jaar, en na mijn middelbare school cum laude te hebben afgerond, studeer ik nu bestuurs- en organisatiewetenschappen aan de Universiteit van Utrecht en ik begin na de zomer aan mijn tweede jaar als student en ben daarom opzoek naar een kamer of studio in Utrecht. Ik ben een hele beleefde, rustige en sportieve jongen en ik ben erg gesteld op hygiëne waardoor ik altijd secuur met mijn kamer of studio om ga. Verder sport ik heel veel: ik voetbal, doe aan hardlopen en ik ga regelmatig naar de sportschool. Ook houd ik heel erg van koken en gezond eten. Mijn ouders hebben “ons” ouderlijk huis verkocht en vertrekken naar het buitenland, dus ik ben nu echt op mijzelf toegewezen en ben dringend op zoek naar een nieuwe plek die ik thuis kan noemen. 😄 Ik verdien zelf €1200,- per maand en mijn ouders hebben €150.000 garant staan met verkoop van het huis.

Beste verhuurder, Wij zijn Anouk (26) en Thijs (24) en zijn studenten, maar werken daarnaast ook in de horeca. Anouk studeert Psychologie en werkt als barvrouw in speciaalbierkroeg Café van Ouds. Thijs studeert Bestuurskunde en werkt als barman bij Café TweeKeerBellen. We hebben elkaar leren kennen achter de bar bij Café van Ouds, waar Thijs eerst ook werkte. We vinden het allebei leuk om te reizen en nieuwe plekjes en dingen te ontdekken. Maar kunnen er allebei ook van genieten om lekker samen op de bank met een serie te liggen. Wij wonen allebei al een langere tijd in het mooie Nijmegen en willen nu de stap maken om samen te wonen. We hebben een gezamenlijk arbeidsinkomen rond de €1500 per maand, met een totaal inkomen rond de €3500 per maand. Ook hebben we garantstellers, mocht dit mogelijk/nodig zijn.
