I am a friendly and positive woman from the Northen part of Europe and Im looking for a home due to upcoming relocation to The Netherlands. I currently work for a large multi national company and am relocating from an office in Sweden to one of our offices in Leiden. My general rule is, I dont do drugs but I dont put my nose in what other people do. When not working I enjoy spending my time at home or walking around with my photographic camera. Im an avid amatour photographer and shoot both in digital and on film. As I am a computer nerd by nature I prefer spending the time at home tinkering with my computers and doing online activities. Next to that I like to spend the evenings watching films or series or reading a good book. When it comes to my home Im very protective of it and I have the need to keep everything in order. While not a party type of any sort I do understand the value of inviting people to the home for some fun but generally I prefer meeting people out on the town so during weekends I might prefer to spend the whole day in one of Europes big cities for some fun. Waarom ik geschikt ben als huurder; Ik ben een 25-jarige man en woon inmiddels ruim 5 jaar zelfstandig in Utrecht. Mijn eerste 3,5 jaar woonde ik via Kamernet in een studio op het Utrecht Science Park. Daarna heb ik 2 jaar een appartement gehuurd met een huurcontract voor bepaalde tijd. Dit contract loopt af op 01-05-2026. Van mijn huidige verhuurder heb ik een positieve huurdersverklaring en in overleg is een eerdere overstap naar een nieuwe woning mogelijk. In september start mijn afstudeerjaar van de opleiding Journalistiek aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. Ik ben daarom op zoek naar een woning voor de langere termijn (5–10 jaar), zodat ik mijn werkzame en sociale leven verder kan opbouwen in en rondom Utrecht. Goedendag, Ik ben deeltijd PhD-student aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, bij de faculteit filosofie. Ik heb een dubbele nationaliteit, Duits en Zuid-Afrikaans, en woon al ongeveer twee jaar in Gouda (Zuid-Holland). Daarvoor heb ik in Brussel (ongeveer 7 jaar) en in Berlijn (ongeveer 1,5 jaar) gestudeerd en gewerkt. Gouda bevalt me goed, het was perfect om mijn proefschrift te schrijven, maar de verhuurder verkoopt het huis en ik moet dus vóór augustus van dit jaar verhuizen. I like to have meaningful conversations, and enjoy the occasional social event. Overall, however, I prefer a quieter peaceful environment.
