Hoi, Ik ben Stefanos — beeldend kunstenaar en filmmaker, gevestigd in Nederland. Mijn werk brengt me soms naar het buitenland voor tentoonstellingen en projecten, maar Nederland is mijn thuisbasis en ik ben op zoek naar een fijne, stabiele plek om tussen mijn reizen door thuis te komen. Ik ben makkelijk in de omgang, respectvol en netjes. Ik vind het prettig om een huis te delen waar er een goede balans is tussen gezellig samen een praatje maken in de keuken en elkaars privacy respecteren. Als ik thuis ben, werk ik meestal rustig op mijn laptop, lees ik, kook ik iets eenvoudigs en gezonds (voornamelijk vegetarisch/paleo) of maak ik een wandeling. Ik houd van een rustige en warme woonsfeer. Zelf ben ik niet echt een feestbeest, maar ik vind het helemaal prima als huisgenoten af en toe een feestje of bijeenkomst organiseren — zolang ik het even op tijd weet. Duidelijke communicatie en wederzijds respect vind ik het belangrijkst. Ik ben financieel stabiel en betrouwbaar wat betreft huur en afspraken.
