Ik ben Patrick 34 jaar uit stad Groningen ik woon hier nou een paar maanden door dat ik een tijdelijke woonruimte kon krijgen het was voor mij een goede manier om de stad te leren kennen en het bevalt me goed alleen is mijn inschrijf tijd bij de woning corporaties nog niet lang genoeg om hier woning te krijgen . Daarom zoek ik nu een woonruimte het liefst voor jaar zodat ik achter werk aankan gaan en alle rust verder kan kijken. Over mij ik ben een rustig netjes en sociaal en mijn hobby’s zijn fitness zwemmen wandelen fotografie lezen en muziek. Mocht u nog vragen hebben dan hoor ik het graag. I’m a Master’s student at TU Delft with a full scholarship, who also works part time as an Engineer remotely. I live with my partner, who is a PhD Employee in TU Delft starting November 2025 (meaning we have stable income). My partner has lived in the NL since 2023 for his Master’s degree in TU Delft, and I joined him near the end of 2025. Our current housing only lasts until March 2026 due to renovation purposes. Our monthly payment is provided by the Foundation for Science and Technology, which is the government entity in Portugal responsible for paying PhD students. Each of us earns 2218€ per month, with also a first additional income for housing deposits and travel. We can provide the needed documents to prove this. Both of us are well humored, calm, organized and unproblematic people. We both give a lot of importance to a clean, organized and quiet home.We enjoy hanging out and getting to know new places, go on walks and participate in the community around us but also enjoy cozy days at home watching movies and TV shows.
