Ik wou eigenlijk vorig jaar aan de studie beginnen, maar door 3 rug operaties die in de weg kwamen was dit niet mogelijk. Ik heb veel karakter eigenschappen, de ene beter dan de ander. Ik ben een intens spontaan persoon, maar kan op het begin terug getrokken overkomen als ik in een nieuwe situatie kom. Eerlijkheid staat bij mij voorop. Ook ben ik een zeer opgeruimd en net persoon en hou van een opgeruimde plek om te wonen. Ik ben niet perse van het uitgaan, maar ga hier en daar mee met vrienden voor de gezelligheid. Als je me wilt leren kennen dan is een ontmoeting in het echt het perfecte moment. Ik kom me graag persoonlijk voorstellen om te kijken of er een klik is!

Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. Ik ben dan ook gewend om netjes met spullen om te gaan en pas me moeiteloos aan aan een schoonmaakrooster of gezamenlijke huisregels.Ik hoop dat dit verhaal u aanspreekt en ik maak graag kennis met u tijdens een bezichtiging. We are Bálint (26) and Zóra (25), a peaceful worker-student couple. Bálint has recently finished his studies in Film & TV at the University of Stavanger, Norway and will now work and explore further career opportunities. In September, Zóra will begin her studies in Transformation Design at Willem de Kooning Academy (WdKA) in Rotterdam. We are looking for a bigger room / studio / apartment where we can live together. Our main preferences are having a living space (bedroom) spacious enough for two people, and a location with good connection to Zóra’s academy in central Rotterdam. In addition, registration should be possible for both of us. With regards to a budget, we are looking for accommodation around 1000 € / month, and our parents are prepared to be our guarantors.
