Dear Sirs, Let me introduce myself. I am the mother of Lili Farago, who has been admitted to the Bachelor’s programme at the University of Groningen for the 2026–2027 academic year. My daughter and her boyfriend, Dániel Andor Novaki, who has also been admitted to the Bachelor’s programme at the same university, are looking for a long-term home in Groningen, or as a last resort, in the closer surrounding areas (Haren, Zuidhorn, Bedum, Winsum, Hoogezand, Sauwerd), where they can live together during their studies. They live in Hungary; they graduated this year and prefer to continue their studies in the Netherlands. They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. Please, kindly see attached their introduction letter. I also uploaded a photo of them. As parent, I fully understand that renting to international students requires trust. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. Should it become necessary, we guarantee the timely payment of: • the monthly rent; • the security deposit; • utility charges, where applicable; and • any other contractual financial obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. We are financially able and willing to support our daughter and Andor for the duration of their studies. Upon request, we can provide proof of income, employment, parental financial guarantee or any other documentation reasonably required by the landlord or by you as letting agency. If a tenancy agreement is reached, we can also arrange payment of the security deposit and the first month’s rent without delay. Our sincere intention is to establish a transparent, reliable and long-term relationship with the landlord. We highly value clear communication and the proper care of the property. Hallo, mijn naam is Cédric (25) en ik ben onlangs afgestudeerd aan de master Sustainable Energy Technology aan de Universiteit Twente. Na een geweldige studententijd in Enschede wil ik de volgende fase van mijn leven graag doorbrengen in het mooie Utrecht. Omdat ik in mijn jeugd in Nieuwegein en Amersfoort heb gewoond, is de regio me al erg vertrouwd. Binnenkort start ik als ingenieur in de energietransitie.
