I previously studied in Montreal, Canada for my bachelors and have decided to further pursue my studies in Europe, close to home. I am looking for a room or a studio within an hour of TU Delft by public transport or biking. I would like to rent for at least a year if possible, but I am open to short term leases as well. I will need to be able to register in order to participate in my studies. I am a tidy and respectful person, I do no smoke and I do not have pets. Wij zijn Joris en Meike. We zijn allebei opgegroeid in Deventer en wonen mmenteel in Maastricht, waar we allebei hebben gestudeerd. Omdat we graag weer dichter richting ‘huis’ willen wonen, willen we naar Nijmegen verhuizen. Joris gaat na de zomer zeer waarschijnlijk fulltime voor de overheid werken in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Ik werk momenteel bij het Openbaar Ministerie en start binnenkort met mijn master aan de universiteit in Nijmegen. Omdat we beiden veel met het openbaar vervoer reizen, gaat onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een appartement op loopafstand van een station. Wij zijn allebei netjes, rustig en handig. We wonen inmiddels ruim drie jaar in ons appartement in Maastricht en hebben in die tijd nooit hulp van onze huisbaas hoeven vragen, bijvoorbeeld voor reparaties of onderhoud. Wij zoeken dan ook een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen die we ons thuis kunnen noemen.
