My last roommate wasn't particularly tidy, which honestly made me more firm about maintaining common areas. Outside of uni I run my own side projects in business and tech, so I'm usually focused and keep to myself in a good way. I've also worked as a waiter at large-scale events and have some experience in property management and rental processes, so I understand what's expected from a good tenant on both sides.
