Hi, I am starting my Master's in Maastricht and I am looking for a nice place with fun roommates :) My name is Nike, I am 23 years old and I am from Germany. I have spent the last 3 years living in Rotterdam for my Bachelor's, and this September I will be starting a Master's in Cognitive Neuroscience in Maastricht. I have been living in shared apartments for the past 5 years, so I am very used to sharing a space and being considerate of the people around me. I like it when a shared apartment feels a bit social, and it's nice to occasionally hang out with the people I live with. I really value good communication and am mindful of keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone. I enjoy cooking and baking, which tends to work out quite well for the people I live with. My other amazing qualities include being the owner of a somewhat fancy espresso machine and an air fryer. I am pretty easygoing at home and generally like to keep things relaxed. After a long day I am usually happy to unwind for a bit, but I also enjoy spending time together, whether that's cooking, playing games, watching a show, or sharing a glass of wine. Other than that, I enjoy getting out and being active. I like hiking, camping, and going to the gym. I also have a ton of creative hobbies that I can barely keep track of, but lately I have been more into sewing and sketching. We are a pair of students from Warsaw, coming to Utrecht to pursue our Master's degrees in biology, and we need a calm place to focus on our studies. We don't smoke, cause trouble or make much noise. Even though we're 23, neither of us is much of a party animal - between studying and working, we just don't have much time or energy. We're more like the nerdy types, you'll hopefully find us to be agreeable, prudent and unproblematic. Both of us earn stable salaries, and we're very determined to finish our courses; this means we're serious about renting a two-bedroom flat for a longer while. Since we are not a couple, two separate bedrooms (or a possibility of sectioning off one) are a must. We're mostly looking for unfurnished flats, but if we like your style, that requirement is flexible.
