I am looking for a studio or an apartment with a private kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. I am planning to rent for approximately 6 to 12 months, with the possibility of staying longer. A little about myself: My name is Krystina I’m 29 years old I’m coming from Ukraine about 4 years ago, I do not smoke, and I have no children or pets. I have a stable income and I have a guarantor also who can co-sign the rental agreement with me. I am a responsible and tidy person, so I can guarantee that I will keep the property clean and well maintained, treat it with care, and always pay the rent on time.
