Geachte heer/mevrouw, Mijn vriend en ik zijn dringend op zoek naar een huurwoning of appartement per zo kort mogelijke termijn, bij voorkeur vóór 15 april. De afgelopen periode hebben wij in een anti-kraakwoning gewoond en zijn daarna tijdelijk geplaatst in een huurwoning. Helaas loopt ook deze woonoplossing binnenkort af, waardoor wij genoodzaakt zijn op korte termijn een nieuwe, stabiele woonplek te vinden. Wij zijn een rustig en verantwoordelijk stel met een gezamenlijk netto-inkomen van ongeveer €4.000 per maand. Ik werk in het Olympic Hotel en mijn vriend is werkzaam als bezorger bij Albert Heijn. Daarnaast is hij bezig met het opbouwen van zijn eigen social media marketing agency, waarvoor hij momenteel twee vaste maandelijkse klanten heeft met jaarcontracten. Ons inkomen is volledig aantoonbaar en wij kunnen alle benodigde documenten direct aanleveren. Wij gaan netjes en zorgvuldig om met een woning, betalen altijd op tijd en zijn op zoek naar een plek waar wij met plezier en voor langere tijd kunnen wonen. Heyy, Ik ben Linde, 18 jaar, en ik ben net begonnen met mijn studie Nanobiologie. Ik woon nu nog bij mijn ouders in de buurt van Utrecht, maar ik wil graag mijn studentenleventje in Delft op gaan bouwen :). Ik hou heel erg van muziek, ik speel al heel mijn leven piano, ik zing heel graag (en doe dat ook graag samen met piano) en ik zit in een bandje.
