Wij zijn Jana Eder (28, docent in Maarssen) en Sebastjan Cescolini (34, lucht- en ruimtevaartingenieur in Papendrecht). Op dit moment wonen we in een huis in Zaandam en zoeken nu een rustige, nette woning of huis in Amsterdam omdat we graag van de levendig en leuke sfeer van de stad willen genieten. We beschikken over een stabiel inkomen (110.000€/per jaar) en bieden graag en garantstelling aan. We zijn rustige, nette mensen, roken niet, hebben geen diere en zouden natuurlijk heel zorgvuldig omgaan met uw woning.

Hallo, Mijn naam is Kalkidan Hoex. Ik ben in 2020 afgestudeerd aan mijn Masters in Design. Ik heb in eigen startend bedrijfje. Momenteel werk samen met gemeente Rotterdam, State of fashion, M-ODE aan een project in Rotterdam. Ik ben curator van verschillende Exposities. Mijn werk ligt in verschillende museums binnen en buiten land. Zweden, Centraal Museum Utrecht, NewYork Sienna Patty Gallery ect. Het is een hele jonge brand en werk alleen tot nu toe. Verder werk ik ook als docent aan de Breitner Academie in Amsterdam. En geef ik Design lessen. Mijn inkomsten per maand zijn ongeveer 900 euro per maand. Met uitbreiding in maart dan ga ik 1 dag extra werken. En mijn lopende inkomen van mijn bedrijf. ik werk 2 dagen in de week als docent en werk 5 dagen in de week in mijn Atelier in Amsterdam. Nu zeer moeilijk te werken aangezien ik gedwongen bij mijn ouders met wonen in Meijel 2,5 uur van Rotterdam. Doordat de woning aanbod kansen voor mij zeer tot niet aanwezig zijn in de randstad. Als ik een dag vrij neem hou ik ervan om te wandelen, lezen, illustreren van comics, gamen. Ik wil een droom waar maken als financieel stabiel label aansluitend met projecten relevant voor de maatschappij. En daar voor moet ik klein beginnen en alles in mijn bedrijf stoppen. Mijn mogelijkheden zouden enorm kunnen groeien als ik niet meer in een drop woon zonder mogelijkheden in Meijel. En te wonen in Rotterdam voor een betaalbaren prijs als startende. Mijn studie tijd heb ik ook onder Maximus en Servatius gewoond. 5 jaar lang. Ik kan direct verhuizen. Voor mijn label en ambities wil ik een kans. een kans om tijdelijk een echte start te maken met mijn praktijk wonend in Rotterdam waar mijn studio is , Waar ik werk met museums, waar ik Docent ben en voornamelijk een leven heb.
