Hi! My name is Milena (f25) and I’m from Aachen in Germany, but for my Master’s in Renewable Energy I’ve recently lived one year in Lisbon and one year in Stockholm. Since March I am in Rotterdam and started my PhD in Delft. So, as you can see, I have a lot of experience with shared housing and settling into a new environment. And I’m trying to learn Dutch, gaat goed. I am quite a decent baker which I enjoy sharing with others that need a sweet treat in stressful times. For sports, I play volleyball and would like to join a club in the region. I am also thinking about taking dancing lessons, but we will see how much time there is. As a roommate I’d describe myself as empathetic, calm, and someone who enjoys good conversations and hanging out together. We bezitten ook een appartement dat we binnenkort gaan verhuren, dus we begrijpen echt hoe belangrijk het is om respect te hebben voor andermans eigendom en er zorgvuldig mee om te gaan. U kunt erop rekenen dat wij betrouwbare huurders zijn die op tijd betalen, duidelijk communiceren en de woning in uitstekende staat houden.

Ik ben recent afgestudeerd van mijn HBO-studie en woon nu in een studentenwoning, maar aangezien ik geen student meer ben, moet ik daar binnenkort weg. Ik ben op zoek naar een woning in Leeuwarden en ben een nette, rustige huurder.

Nu ik een vastcontract heb en echt geniet van mijn werk zoek ik een woning in utrecht of daar om heen. Ik hebben een vast inkomen (+elke maand komt daarboven op Provisie); ik werk als Ontwerper/vertegenwoordiger bij Hello Kitchen in Utrecht, mijn salaris bedraagt Bruto (zonder vakantie toeslag en zonder provisie) 3075.69 euro Bruto. Ik heb geen huis dieren en ben geen vaste roker al helemaal niet binnen. Ik op zoek naar een woning redelijk dichtbij mijn werk, adres: Hollantlaan 17 Utrecht. een goede verbinding met het OV zal erg fijn zijn. Ik kom naar Delft om Bouwkunde te studeren en om een leuke tijd te hebben. Ik houd ervan om met mijn vrienden uit te gaan. Verder zijn mijn hobbies pádel, skiën, taarten bakken en bergwandelen. I hold a degree in Labour Relations and I’m currently working at EY, one of the Big Four firms. I lived in Rotterdam during my Erasmus in 2024 and absolutely fell in love with the city; Its vibe, the people, and how international it feels. That experience made me want to come back and eventually study Human Resources here in the future. As a flatmate, I’m clean, organized, and respectful. I enjoy having my own space, but I also love sharing moments with my roommies cooking dinners, organizing small celebrations, or enjoying chill plans like walks, coffee breaks, or painting.
