Door een noodsituatie ben ik op zoek naar een (tenminste tijdelijke) woning voor mijn 18-jarige dochter in Utrecht of omgeving. Ze zal de woning zeker tot eind van het schooljaar nodig hebben, misschien langer en vooruitbetalingen en borg zijn ook geen probleem. Ze rookt en drinkt niet, heeft geen huisdier en is verder heel rustige en netjes.

Ik ben een werkende 50+er op zoek naar een woning niet te ver van mijn werk in Zutphen. Ik gebruik vaak mijn ligfiets wat ook een dak moet hebben. Schone gedragen, geen rokende, minimaal alkohol gebruik.
