Hi, I'm Michael, 36, and I'm relocating from Athens to the Netherlands to start a new position with Siemens Nederland in The Hague on October 1, 2026. I'm a quiet, tidy and respectful working professional. I like keeping my home clean and comfortable, and I'm considerate of shared spaces and other people's routines. At the same time, I'm friendly and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with housemates. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, going for walks and listening to music. I appreciate having my own space, but I also enjoy having a friendly relationship with the people I live with. I'm looking for a room or studio in The Hague, Rotterdam or nearby. I'm open to both shared and private accommodation, with a budget of up to €1,300 per month all inclusive. My preferred move in date is October 1, 2026, although I can be flexible and move earlier for the right place. I have stable employment and can provide my employment offer and proof of income if required. I'm also happy to arrange a video call or come for a viewing in person. Dear Sirs, Let me introduce myself. I am the mother of Lili Farago, who has been admitted to the Bachelor’s programme at the University of Groningen for the 2026–2027 academic year. My daughter and her boyfriend, Dániel Andor Novaki, who has also been admitted to the Bachelor’s programme at the same university, are looking for a long-term home in Groningen, or as a last resort, in the closer surrounding areas (Haren, Zuidhorn, Bedum, Winsum, Hoogezand, Sauwerd), where they can live together during their studies. They live in Hungary; they graduated this year and prefer to continue their studies in the Netherlands. They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. Please, kindly see attached their introduction letter. I also uploaded a photo of them. As parent, I fully understand that renting to international students requires trust. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. Should it become necessary, we guarantee the timely payment of: • the monthly rent; • the security deposit; • utility charges, where applicable; and • any other contractual financial obligations arising from the tenancy agreement.
