Hello! I am moving to Delft as part of my master's studies in Aerospace Engineering, and just finishing my bachelor's at RUG. I am a very outgoing individual who enjoys spending my free time in the outdoors, and taking part in activities like running, mountain climbing, as well as projects that involve engineering design. I also love to travel with friends, discover new things and try new food. I am both Hungarian and American, and have lived in the Netherlands for about 3 years now, and have enjoyed every moment of my time here, and wish to continue. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. We are Polish, previously lived in South Africa and are currently residing in Luxembourg. As parents we will be responsible for the rent. My husband has been working for over 25 years at The Goodyear Company and currently holds the position of Vice President of Commercial Sales. Although this will be our daughter’s first time living alone, she has learned to manage a household well, as we have often had to travel for work. Hallo! My name is Isa and I am a 21 year old girl from Sweden. I have lived in Amsterdam for 11 months now, renting a room in the house of a 63 year old woman. I have paid €900 on time each month since moving in. I spend most of my days at work, but I have a lot of hobbies I partake in as well. I studied literature at Lund's University 2023-2025 as I have a great interest in literature, my favourite literary era being the romantic period of the mid 19th century. In Sweden I was also a collector of Swedish ceramics and porcelain, mainly objects produced between 1850 and 1940. This interest has been put on hold since moving though. I also paint, taking inspiration from the early modernism of the 1910s-1930s. I now need to find a new home, temporary or permanent, as the woman I rent from needs my room for family. Registration is optional. I am honestly happy with just a roof over my head, but I would prefer a place where I can live independently. Thank you!

I love to read! Last year I completed 53 books. My favorite authors are Octavia Butler and Ursula K. Le Guin. Romance and mystery are my current favorite genres though. Some other hobbies of mine are piano, guitar, mountaineering, dog training, and karaoke. I volunteer, am active in the queer community, and value empathy and kindness above all else. I travel for work, and have been to 36 countries. I'm serious about financial planning, and have healthy savings to pay rent and security deposits up front and on time.
