International student coming to Hogeschool Rotterdam this September. I’m looking for long term housing I can start renting out as soon as possible. I’m a reliable tenant, can take care of my share of the housework and am generally social. I’m up for the occasional chat with my fellow roommates but I also enjoy my own personal space.

I study physiotherapy in the HvA. I am 18 years old from Greece.

They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. Should it become necessary, we guarantee the timely payment of: • the monthly rent; • the security deposit; • utility charges, where applicable; and • any other contractual financial obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. We are financially able and willing to support our daughter and Andor for the duration of their studies. Upon request, we can provide proof of income, employment, parental financial guarantee or any other documentation reasonably required by the landlord or by you as letting agency. If a tenancy agreement is reached, we can also arrange payment of the security deposit and the first month’s rent without delay.
