Hi! I'm Denisa, an 19-year-old Romanian student starting my Bachelor's at Leiden University this September, looking for a long-term home where I can focus on my studies and be a respectful tenant. I'm naturally curious and enjoy discovering new cultures, exploring new cities, travelling, photography and playing badminton. I love meeting people from different backgrounds and believe that some of the best learning happens outside the classroom. At home, I appreciate a clean, peaceful and respectful environment. I'm considerate, tidy and easy to live with—I enjoy spending time with others, but I also value quiet evenings to study, read or simply recharge. I'm looking for a long-term room or studio with BRP registration, ideally in The Hague or within a reasonable commuting distance. My accommodation is fully supported by my parents, and I also have a local support network in the Netherlands, including a family friend who can act as a guarantor if needed. After settling into university life, I hope to find a part-time job to gain experience and become more involved in the local community. However, my studies will always remain my top priority. More than just finding a place to stay, I'm hoping to find a home where everyone feels comfortable, respected and welcome.

Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar. Ik hoop een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen te vinden waar ik voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen!
