Mijn naam is patrick, 35 jaar, en na jaren thuis te hebben gewoond heb ik een aantal jaren op kamers gewoond in Winschoten waar ik zowel geboren als getogen ben en wil nu mijn horizon verbreden daarom heb ik afgelopen jaar toen ik de kans kreeg om voor een paar maanden in Groningen te gaan wonen de kans met bij de handen aan gegrepen en het is me zeer goed bevallen maar zoals ik al aangaf ging het om een tijdelijke woonruimte waar ik in december uit moest daarom ben ik momenteel terug in Winschoten ik sta al aantal jaren ingeschreven bij woningcorporaties tot nu toe zonder succes daarom probeer ik het op deze manier. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren. Ik ben op zoek naar een kamer in een rustig, gezellig huis, waar samen wordt avond gegeten. Ik heb zelf veel creatieve hobbys (waaronder bakken, dus mooie aanwinst al zeg ik het zelf;) en kan genieten van een paar uurtjes voor mezelf, maar ik vind het ook leuk om samen spelletjes te doen of een serie te kijken. Ik ben momenteel tweedejaars student en woon inmiddels al 2 jaar in Enschede en hoop hier nog een heel aantal jaren te wonen.

Man 38jaar en ik werk als internationaal vrachtwagenchauffeur, hierdoor ben ik van Maandag t/m Vrijdag en soms Zaterdag onderweg en alleen in het weekend "thuis", verder heb ik zeer goede reviews op een soort air met b n b website (mag het bedrijf hier niet vermelden) en kan ik deze aantonen. Aangezien ik daar heel vaak een accommodatie gehuurd heb, en altijd netjes achtergelaten heb.
