Hello! My name is Kiki, I'm 21 years old, I'm Czech and Bulgarian and originally from the United States. I have been living in Amsterdam for almost three years and am currently studying my bachelor's at Amsterdam University College, specializing in media and film. I'm currently looking for a new home to move into in Amsterdam because I will be studying digital media for my master's at the University of Amsterdam next semester. I am also working as a content creator intern at DokaLab, a startup that makes black and white photo printing kits, which is located in Sloterdijk. I lived in a shared apartment for a year, so I have experience having roommates and sharing a space, but currently live alone. I like to spend a lot of time to myself so I would be very happy to have a single apartment, but am also open to living in a shared apartment to have roommates and meet new people! I'm a very social person who's easy to get along with, but do most of my socializing outside and rarely have people over, which I know can be an issue with sharing an apartment. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis.
