I maintain a strict daily routine, train at the gym most days of the week, and neither smoke nor drink. I value order and treat my living space as a quiet, clean place to rest and recharge rather than a social hub. Having already lived and studied in Amsterdam, I am well-adjusted to the city. As a flatmate or subtenant, I am financially secure, exceptionally clean, highly respectful of privacy, and out of the house for most of the day.
