Mijn naam is Rienk, ik ben 19 jaar en kom uit het Friese dorp Langezwaag. Komend studiejaar begin ik aan de opleiding Civil Engineering in Enschede. Omdat de reistijd vanuit Friesland behoorlijk lang is, ben ik op zoek naar een gezellige kamer. Op dit moment werk ik in het magazijn van een supermarkt. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik veel met sport bezig. Ik kijk graag naar verschillende sporten en speel zelf voetbal in de kelderklasse. Daarnaast ben ik fanatiek hardloper. Afgelopen mei heb ik mijn eerste marathon uitgelopen. Ik ben een rustige, sociale en nette jongen. Ik vind het leuk om af en toe samen te eten, een drankje te doen of een praatje te maken, maar ik vind het ook prima om mijn eigen ding te doen. Ik ga respectvol met anderen om en houd de gezamenlijke ruimtes graag netjes.

In September begin ik aan mijn Masters Natuurkunde in Leiden en ik ben dan ook op zoek naar een nieuwe woning. Ik ben van plan ongeveer 2 jaar te verblijven en op zoek naar een fijne woning voor deze tijd. Kamer in een studentenhuis of een studio zijn voor mij allebei een optie! Ik kan goed overweg met anderen maar red me ook prima alleen.

After a 6-month gap spent in France working and learning a new language, I am starting a master’s in engineering at TU Delft this September. I am looking for a room in a student residence, as I believe it would represent the perfect environment to live this experience. I lived in a double room during the 3 years of my bachelor, in a student residence during my Erasmus and in a shared apartment during my last experience abroad. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts.
