Een aantal jaar geleden heb ik mijn Master of Science in Game Art behaald en na een interessante carrière specialiseer ik mij nu steeds meer in mijn eigen kunst. Als vaste baan ben ik bezorger en breng ik de JA van Jumbo rond. Ik geniet van deze baan en als ik naar een andere woonplaats moet verhuizen, kan ik ook werken vanuit een andere hub. Als huurder kan ik, als u dat wilt, opknapklusjes aan het huis van u overnemen. Ik ben daar zeer nauwkeurig en vaardig in en heb ook ervaring als hovenier. Als u een tuintje voor mij heeft, of een lichte ruimte voor een paar kamerplanten, ben ik driedubbel gelukkig! Een niet al te hoog huurbedrag zou mij enorm helpen om mijn kunst, hobby's en roadtrips te financieren. Daarom zou ik graag een woning hebben die in aanmerking komt voor huurtoeslag. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
