Ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een energieke gozer boven alles, en een dag niets gedaan is een dag niet geleefd. Naast het studeren van Computer Science probeer ik het leven leuk te houden met Klimmen, vooralsnog in Enschede maar later bij de klimvereniging Yeti, D&D spelen met vrienden en hier een daar een feestje meepakken. In een studentenhuis ben ik altijd groot fan van een spelletje met z'n allen of met iedereen eten, en na jaren hard werken oefenen is zijn mijn kookkunsten ondertussen toch niet zo slecht meer.

Die omschakeling was pittig, maar daar door heb ik wel doorzettingsvermogen gecreëerd. Goedendag, Ik ben deeltijd PhD-student aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, bij de faculteit filosofie. Ik heb een dubbele nationaliteit, Duits en Zuid-Afrikaans, en woon al ongeveer twee jaar in Gouda (Zuid-Holland). Daarvoor heb ik in Brussel (ongeveer 7 jaar) en in Berlijn (ongeveer 1,5 jaar) gestudeerd en gewerkt. Gouda bevalt me goed, het was perfect om mijn proefschrift te schrijven, maar de verhuurder verkoopt het huis en ik moet dus vóór augustus van dit jaar verhuizen. I like to have meaningful conversations, and enjoy the occasional social event. Overall, however, I prefer a quieter peaceful environment.
