I've been living independently in Austria for the past year, sharing a flat with a roommate, so I have real experience with shared living. I pay rent on time without being reminded, I don't smoke indoors, and I have no pets. Cleanliness is something I take seriously, especially in shared spaces. My last roommate wasn't particularly tidy, which honestly made me more firm about maintaining common areas. Kitchens and bathrooms stay clean because I keep up with them consistently, not just before someone visits. I've worked in hotel maintenance where I handled things like fixing leaking toilets and showers, assembling furniture, and general repairs around the property.
