Hallo, Ik huur momenteel een kamer en wil graag op mezelf gaan wonen. Ik heb geen huisdieren. Mijn naam is Cesare, ik ben 24 jaar oud en zit in mijn derde jaar van de voltijdopleiding aan ArtEZ in Arnhem. Ik zoek een rustige, zelfstandige woonruimte waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Ik ben dol op Nederland en wil hier graag blijven wonen. Ik heb een rustige levensstijl, ben netjes en zorg goed voor mijn woonruimte. Mijn financiële situatie is stabiel en indien gewenst kan ik direct alle benodigde documenten en/of een garantsteller (mijn vader, die al jaren in Nederland woont) aanleveren. Ik ontvang regelmatig DUO (ongeveer € 740) en een studentenreisvergoeding, dus de afstand is geen probleem. Het inkomen van mijn ouders is ongeveer € 4500 per maand.
