Beste verhuurder, Ik ben Gijs, 26 jaar, en ik heb mijn Bachelor of Science in Accountancy behaald aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. De financiële sector was niet voor mij, dus 2 maart begin ik als IT trainee bij Qquest in Utrecht. Dat betekent wel dat ik momenteel nog geen loon en inkomensverklaring heb. Wel heb ik meer dan genoeg spaargeld om de maanden tot mijn eerste loon te overbruggen en om de borg te betalen. Momenteel woon ik nog bij mijn ouders. Het is dus hoog tijd om een plek voor mezelf te vinden. Eerder heb ik een jaar in Tilburg op kamers gewoond, omdat ik daar toen studeerde. Mijn vrienden omschrijven mij als rustig en betrouwbaar. Doordeweeks kijk ik graag films, doe ik aan fitness en voetbal ik bij DVSU (Lunetten). Het vermelde salaris in mijn arbeidsovereenkomst is exclusief vakantiegeld. Dit wordt maandelijks met het loon uitbetaald. Mijn startsalaris is dus  €2765 per maand (inclusief vakantiegeld). Daarnaast beschik ik over (een deel van) de benodigde documenten. Hii, ik ben een gezellige en lieve meid die op zoek is naar een kamer in Leiden! Ik ben 18 jaar en aankomend eerste jaar biomedische wetenschappen aan de LU.
