We are a pair of students from Warsaw, coming to Utrecht to pursue our Master's degrees in biology, and we need a calm place to focus on our studies. We don't smoke, cause trouble or make much noise. Even though we're 23, neither of us is much of a party animal - between studying and working, we just don't have much time or energy. We're more like the nerdy types, you'll hopefully find us to be agreeable, prudent and unproblematic. Both of us earn stable salaries, and we're very determined to finish our courses; this means we're serious about renting a two-bedroom flat for a longer while. Since we are not a couple, two separate bedrooms (or a possibility of sectioning off one) are a must. Mijn huidige woonruimte komt te vervallen doordat mijn huisgenoot vertrekt(Gaat samenwonen met zijn vriendin) — ik zoek dus een eigen plek met iemand samen of waar ik volledig op mezelf kan wonen. Ik ben werkzaam in de sales, een sector die vraagt om doorzettingsvermogen, communicatieve kracht en betrouwbaarheid — eigenschappen die ik ook als huurder meeneem. Ik ben sociaal van aard, maar weet ook goed wanneer ik rust nodig heb en hoe ik mijn eigen tijd structureer. Thuis laad ik op: met een goed boek over geschiedenis, een avond achter mijn computer of een goede film/serie. Wat u van mij kunt verwachten: een huurder die zijn zaken op orde heeft, zorgvuldig omgaat met zijn woning en geen overlast veroorzaakt. Ik zoek geen tijdelijke oplossing, maar een plek waar ik mij minimaal het komende jaar kan focussen op mijn werk en om de omgeving te leren kennen. Verder heb ik momenteel een auto van de zaak.
