Hi! I'm Roni and I'm looking for a flat/room. A bit about me: I'm from Barcelona and currently I work at the VU as a lecturer. I work from the office always, and weekends I can be out and about quite a bit. So even if I am probably not going to be around much, I still want to find a place that feels like a home and where people take care of the shared space. I have lived in many different shared houses already, I'm used to it and I'm fairly easy to get along with and adaptable. I am a very clean person (I have a passion for ironing) and also not a great cook (so I won't be taking up many hours the kitchen). I'm into hobbies ranging from french film to house parties. I will talk to my family quite a bit on the phone, but I have learnt to tone down the Spanish volume to acceptable standards. Also, not a smoker! My name is Anna, I’m 19 years old and originally from Dortmund, Germany. I’m currently studying Psychology at Radboud University and looking for a new comfortable place to call home in Nijmegen with friendly housemates, a welcoming atmosphere, and a good location near the university and city. Here a little bit about myself:) I would describe myself as an open-minded, responsible and respectful person. Growing up with two younger sisters, with whom I have a very close relationship, taught me a lot about being considerate, patient and developing strong social skills. Traveling is generally something I kinda found my passion with, exploring new cultures, traditions seeing beautiful nature and meeting new people :) A little hobby of mine is doing pictures with the old camera of my dad and capturing my favorite moments with it. I currently work at Poke Perfect in the city, which I really enjoy. Both at work and while playing tennis I’m often surrounded by Dutch people, so I’ve been trying to learn Dutch step by step and Duolingo is also reminding me everyday🤪. For me, a good balance in a shared apartment is really important: having time and space for yourself, but also enjoying spontaneous chats in the kitchen, movie nights, cooking together or just having a funny evening together. Cleanliness is also something that’s important to me. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and making sure everyone feels comfortable in the house. I’m flexible with the move-in date and would also happily move in immediately.
