While we are not currently employed in the Netherlands, we have stable rental income from property in Seoul and approximately €24,000 in savings based on the current exchange rate. In addition, we have a guarantor who has committed to supporting us with €1,500 per month. All relevant documents can be provided immediately. We are mature, quiet, tidy, punctual, and non-smoking tenants with excellent references from our current landlord. We respect neighbours, do not host parties, and value a clean and peaceful living environment. We also have a small 8-year-old dog (12 kg). He is calm, well-behaved, accustomed to apartment living, never marks or relieves himself indoors, and has no history of property damage. Our current landlord is happy to confirm this in a reference as well. We are looking for a comfortable home in or near The Hague where we can stay for at least one year or longer. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
