I will be moving to Groningen to study Human Geography and Planning (starting 1.9.2024). Currently I live in Hannover, Germany and work as a software developer in a small company. I would like to live in a shared flat to get to know the culture and of course the language. It would be great if the flat was within biking distance from the university, but more importantly it should have a good atmosphere and nice flatmates. I have been living in shared flats for the last 8 years, so let's say I have some experience in living with people.

I am a 29 year old girl from Serbia, been living here since April 2022, although Amsterdam was my favorite city since I first moved here for two years before the pandemic. I am a very calm, respectful and educated person. Totally respect the space and privacy of others. The most important thing for me, when it comes to renting a room, are the people with whom I am going to share my stay and live with. I don't bring people home, it's not my style. I wake up early around 6am and go to bed early around 10pm. In my free time I like to go out to play sports at the gym or to a park to do cardio. The hours I will have to work during my stay will depend on the job and its schedules, I have several things in mind, but my choice will depend on the conditions and which job interests me most. I speak Spanish and Catalan perfectly, native level. I also speak French at a very high level. And I also speak English at a basic level. I have a Spanish driving license. In addition to working, I would like to take an English course to perfect it and I want to find out about the Yacht Captain and Offshore Yacht Master courses, which I am very interested in.
