My hobbies are sports (especially fitness and football) and healthy lifestyle, movies, cars and hi-tech devices and everything related to their functioning and repair. Hoi! Ik ben Amy, 18 jaar, en ik heb bijna mijn eerste jaar van de bachelor Wiskunde aan de Radboud Universiteit afgerond. Ik kom zelf uit Apeldoorn, maar na een jaar veel op en neer reizen lijkt het me heel fijn om echt in Nijmegen te wonen en meer mee te krijgen van het studentenleven. Volgend jaar wil ik ook actiever worden bij mijn studievereniging, dus daarom zoek ik ook een gezellig huis in Nijmegen. In mijn vrije tijd houd van afspreken met vrienden, maar mijn relax-tijd is ook heel belangrijk voor mij, dit spendeer ik vaak door te lezen of films te kijlen. Mensen zouden mij omschrijven als rustig, gezellig en opgeruimd. Ik sta altijd open voor een praatje en ik houd van een filmavondje, spelletjes doen of samen een drankje drinken. Ik word financieel ondersteund door zowel mijn eigen spaargeld als door mijn ouders, die ook bereid zijn garant te staan voor eventuele huurcontracten. Ik ben erg dankbaar dat ik op hun steun kan rekenen. Een beetje over mij als persoon: mijn hobby’s zijn zwemmen, bordspellen, programmeren en videogames. Daarnaast speel ik graag een potje sudoku of schaak wanneer ik daar de tijd voor heb. Ik heb voor Nederland gekozen vanwege de wereldwijd erkende expertise op het gebied van civiele techniek. De Universiteit Twente sprak mij in het bijzonder aan vanwege de unieke campusomgeving en de zeer internationale studentenpopulatie. Ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een zeer verantwoordelijke en georganiseerde persoon. Ik vind het belangrijk om gedeelde ruimtes netjes te houden, mijn eigen rommel op te ruimen en ervoor te zorgen dat huishoudelijke taken op tijd worden gedaan. Ik geloof dat rekening houden met elkaar en betrouwbaar zijn belangrijke eigenschappen zijn bij het samenwonen. Momenteel ben ik Nederlands aan het leren, hoewel ik nog niet op een niveau ben waarop ik vloeiend gesprekken kan voeren. Toch ben ik optimistisch dat ik de taal relatief snel onder de knie zal krijgen, mede doordat Duits mijn moedertaal is en de talen veel overeenkomsten hebben. Ik zou het erg waarderen als jullie mij zouden willen overwegen als toekomstige huisgenoot. Ik kijk ernaar uit om jullie mogelijk te ontmoeten en deel uit te maken van een gezellig huishouden!
